This collection of model frameworks has been developed in support of a variety of projects and programmes including Policing, Prisons, Court Services, and Border Control.
Prisoner Escort and Court Services
The Prisoner Escort and Court Services Enterprise models were developed to, ultimately, support the Ministry of Justice and the National Offender Management Service. Where traditionally, the escort service had been ‘treated’ predominantly as a ‘security service’ we decided to focus more on the ‘transport’ aspects in our development of relevant conceptual models.
